TALBlood Aid enables those in need of blood and blood components to connect with willing, voluntary donors close to their location and matched by blood type. However, we are only facilitators and don’t actually schedule or conduct the blood/ blood component donations. Yes, TALBlood Aid is absolutely free to use. We charge 0% platform usage fees, registration fees or commissions.
In India, males should have a gap of 3 months or more between blood donations and females should have a gap of 4 months or more between blood donations.
Yes, at present the TALBlood Aid platform can only be used in India. Donors and donees both should be located in India to use the platform to give and receive blood.
At present, TALBlood Aid can only be used for blood donations. We will soon be introducing the plasma donations and platelet donations features too.
