However, we are only facilitators and don’t actually schedule or conduct the blood/ blood component donations. What is TALBlood Aid?

TALBlood Aid, powered by Touch-A-Life Foundation, is an online crowdsourcing platform that connects those in need of blood and blood components with willing, voluntary donors. It harnesses the power of kindness and compassion to save precious lives by minimizing delays in access to access. Our free-to-use, user-friendly platform leverages cutting-edge technology to bridge the digital divide building a lifeline that equips hospitals, clinics, and patients with timely access to blood, giving them a fighting chance.

Is TALBlood Aid really free?

Yes, TALBlood Aid is absolutely free to use. We charge 0% platform usage fees, registration fees or commissions.

How frequently can I donate blood?

In India, males should have a gap of 3 months or more between blood donations and females should have a gap of 4 months or more between blood donations.

Is TALBlood Aid available only in India?

Yes, at present the TALBlood Aid platform can only be used in India. Donors and donees both should be located in India to use the platform to give and receive blood.

Is TALBlood Aid only for Blood Donations?

At present, TALBlood Aid can only be used for blood donations. We will soon be introducing the plasma donations and platelet donations features too.
